It is sold as white, and even had it verified that it is white, but it is a very dark creamy, almost light beige color. Not bright white at all.

I love this chest! The quality is amazing! and true to color. Very smooth finish, and great details. I needed to air out the chest because the drawers had a wood/ factory smell , but in less than a day they were fine. I did not find the need to nail to the wall either, but I don't have small children to be aware of. All in all great product! Worth the money.
