I requested professional assembly. I received an email saying it was scheduled for 10:30am with a certain professional. The day before I get a text from a different professional saying he would be arriving around 8am. I was not available at that time so I had to cancel. Wayfair, please refine your process with professional assembly. I love the look of the dresser, however, the drawers are not as big as I anticipated. Assembly was easy up until the drawers. It was a pain to get them in and they don't run smooth. I am still having trouble with one drawer, it just won't go all the way in. The instructions say to use two people so I am curious to see how the professional would have been able to pull this off by himself. Don't feel like returning this because I don't want to disassemble all of it and package it up to send it back.

Expect to spend a lot of time putting this together. It feels sturdy and does look nice. Odd thing about this dresser though is you can only open one drawer at a time, which I personally don't like. Overall a good purchase though.

I LOVE my new addition. It's a sturdy piece of furniture and it lools beautiful in my living room. You can open only one drawer at a time which is a great safety feature. Thumbs up! Color is gorgeous.

I'm bummed because I really wanted to love these,they LOOK great in my room for the most part. Installation wasn't "hard" but it took my brother an entire day to assemble my 2 dressers and two night stands. Once they were together, I realized that the dresser drawers are REALLY small, they don't pull out all of the way, meaning you have to try to squeeze your stuff into a pretty tight angled opening AND the drawers don't slide smoothly. Lastly, the color of the herringbone wood vaneer varies from one dresser to the other, is more pink than it looked online and is already chipping off in one corner. Any one of these issues i could live with, but too have this many strikes against it right out of the box is really disappointing. The nightstand, however are perfect. The drawers slide nice, because they have a different style mechanism and the drawers are appropriately sized. I'm going to see if it's even possible to return these without paying half the cost in shipping.
