Love the loveseat. It's extremely comfortable. I wish it hugged the wall a little more, but it works. I took away a star (probably should have been two) because the directions and design are terrible. Connecting the power cords were self-explanatory, but the way the left and right pieces connect together was a huge miss and overkill. and the directions were even worse. Surely you could have done a better job at writing some simple directions or with the connection design. I have put pieces like this together with my eyes closed, but following these directions, the bolts were upside down, and I had to take everything apart and start over. Thankfully I caught it before ripping my carpet. Other than that, I highly recommend this piece.

This fit perfect in the small space we had available. The heat and vibration is otherworldly- this is a godsend. Also it can recline super far back that it almost feels like zero gravity. Excellent way to relax after work.

Amazing! So relaxing and soft. The missing star is for the fabric- I wish it would be better quality, less toxic, preferably cotton/linen blend.

Was very impressed by the careful packaging and that extra fasteners were included. It was extremely easy to put together, and so comfortable. Love the heat only feature and heat and massage adjustability

We have had these now for over a year and we have really enjoyed them, especially after I had a knee replacement last year. The cords that power the USB port sometimes come undone and we have to reconnect them but it isn't too hard to do. It would be helpful if the connection had a button or something to keep them from coming undone.
