The couch is very nice, however we had one of the recliner motors not working. I talked to customer service and the bent over backwards to make this right. Nothing but the best customer satisfaction. They expedited a new sofa section to me and seamless took care of the return with an email return shipping label and date for shipper to pick up broken piece.

Was very impressed by the careful packaging and that extra fasteners were included. It was extremely easy to put together, and so comfortable. Love the heat only feature and heat and massage adjustability

Amazing! So relaxing and soft. The missing star is for the fabric- I wish it would be better quality, less toxic, preferably cotton/linen blend.

We have had these now for over a year and we have really enjoyed them, especially after I had a knee replacement last year. The cords that power the USB port sometimes come undone and we have to reconnect them but it isn't too hard to do. It would be helpful if the connection had a button or something to keep them from coming undone.
