Looks exactly like the picture and relatively easy to put together although there were a few errors in the directions. Common sense will help you! I did think the bed was too low, so I added the bamboo “box spring” type of support to raise the mattress 4”. Now it’s perfect! (Wayfair ‘sleep easy’ bamboo box spring 4”)

The bed shown in the photos is not an accurate representation of what I received. But I received is very low to the ground with a very short headboard. Pillows actually cover it because it's so low. The photo of the item is what sold it for me and I didn't think to look at the actual measurements because I assumed it would be what was in the photograph. Be very careful to look at the measurements before ordering this bed.
