Chair has a manufacturing issue where holes don't align correctly. We received a replacement chair and the same thing is wrong. Now I have two chairs that I can't use and I'm over $200.00 in the hole. Pais for a chair I can't assemble

Great chair but lots of issues in assembly. Screws didn’t align and. Made for a Very difficult assembly.

This is a great chair! Comfortable! Provides lower back support I was looking for. I just purchased this for my home office. A bit of a challenge to assemble, but no major problems. Only thing I wish it did was have another inch or two to the downside when I lower it.

It was difficult to put together - a 2-person job for sure. Some of the parts arrived damaged but they sent replacements right away. Very happy with the finished product.
