Sturdy chair. Great ergonomically without spending hundreds more.

Bought 2 of these office chairs when both my daughters started working from home! They love them and say they’re very comfortable even during their 8-10 hour days!

The chair seems comfortable and sturdy enough. Attaching the armrests was a bit tricky as the mounting brackets in the directions aren't the same thing as I received but I figured it out after a minute. The chair has a "ratchet back" but there's nothing in the directions telling you how it operates. You can raise it up and hear the ratcheting mechanism but when you let go of it, it drops back down. I tried to call the mfg. about the back issue but the recording says they are not available.

I ordered the chair in the beginning stages of the various COVID-19 Stay at home orders. It wasn't able to ship and was going to be weeks later than originally scheduled. I didn't get an update right away so reached out to customer service. They put me in touch with Diane who checked into it, worked with a different warehouse and kept in touch with me every few days. She was great and I now have my office chair. Good work!
