This chair is shorter and has a shorter travel / adjustable height than advertised.

Chair sits fine but the armrests do not lock in place. If you put any up or backward force on the armrests then they fly backwards. This makes it easy to adjust the height of the armrests but would have preferred a lockable method. Note to self read a few more reviews.

I really like this chair but a bit of a bear to assemble. One plate was cracked in shipping and I sent a not to the company with no response.

The chair holes were drilled improperly making this quite difficult to put together. I am comfortable making modifications, but if it were someone with less experience putting furniture together, they would likely have to send it back. The packaging also had several holes, so I was glad that it wasn’t too banged up from the beginning. After the build was complete, the chair is comfortable.

The chair has been working fine so far. I would like the chair go higher.
