Well it showed up with a piece busted off - though since that piece wasn’t in the box I can only assume it was boxed with a broken base. That said, it didn’t impact putting it together, and it IS a comfortable chair. We’ll see how long it lasts.

A year later update. This chair is garbage. The armrests have deteriorated and are uncomfortable and the seat lowers on its own now when you sit on it.

The chair was more difficult to assemble than most chairs; but finally got it all together. I don't the way the arms adjusts, as the don't stay the way you put them very well. The chair is reasonably comfortable has good back support and doesn't slope forward too much. For the price it is a good value.

Holes will not line up making it impossible to get all four screws into chair back. But even with only 3 screws in, the lumbar support is really helping my back. For the price a fairly good chair for working from home.
