Colchester Credenza and Hutch Home Office Set

I like the furniture. On the scheduled delivery date, the delivery company waited several hours before informing us that order would be rescheduled as it wouldn't fit on the trunk. Wayfair had notified us that morning that the delivery was on the way. This was an inconvenience to us.

I don't foresee ever ordering from Wayfair again. I purchased this item expecting the items listed in the description (credenza, hutch, desk, and file cabinet) which was confirmed by a representative before ordering and confirmed again when setting up shipping. I did not make this purchase lightly. I did lots of research into the price of the items over different sites and this was the best deal. However, upon delivery, the desk and file cabinet did not arrive and the representative tried to explain the three pieces were the hutch and the credenza that came in three pieces. Two representatives out of the 5 that I spoke to were helpful and saw what I saw and expected, but the higher manager would not budge. The credenza and hutch alone are not worth the price paid. All monies are set to be refunded and the item is set to be picked up, but I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience with Wayfair. Customers should not be made to pay the price for company errors.
