Farmhouse kitchen Island Cart. Does not look like decribed on the website. I’m very disappointed in this product. The island is cheap.

So glad I ordered this island. It really is beautiful. Came with all parts and clear visual instructions. I put it together myself. It took me about 4 hours but I double checked the instructions before screwing the pieces together. I’m not really going to use it for food prep so don’t know how that would work. But for storage it is great. Two cabinets and two drawers. Very pleased with this and would recommend.

Its gorgeous but its best if you have 2 persons to install. Its a great project. The final product is well worth the money.

Pros and Cons with this cabinet. First off, if you’re in love with the color you see online (kind of a blond honey brown), you’ll be disappointed. Color is darker than the picture on the website as you can see by my photos. Doesn’t really work in my kitchen, but it’s OK. It says 2 people are needed to assemble really, one person can do it alone. There is just one part where you have it upside down putting the wheels on and then have to turn it right side up. You need two people to do this. I spent 5 12 hours assembling this, including about 30 minutes unpacking and inventorying all the pieces. They give you everything you need to assemble it including a screwdriver. I recommend using your own screwdriver for better leverage. It looks like a little toy. If you do have two people, one person can work on the cabinet while the other could be attaching the hinges to the doors and assembling the drawers and that would save some time. Assembly was fairly straightforward and easy. When I put the hinges on the doors, it was a little tougher twisting the screws (which is probably good to keep the doors on securely). I don’t think I could have gotten those screws all the way in with the little screwdriver provided. There are two pieces on the end of the back panels that apparently I put on backwards because you can see the screws. I checked it three times against the directions (all pictures, not word by word directions) and it looked like I followed the directions. Not a deal breaker for me, but I know others wouldn’t be happy with this, so flip pieces and look them over early on to be sure. There was one place (where the hinge for the extension panel attaches) where the pre drilled hole was bigger than the screw so the screw just dropped right in. I’m going to have to figure out a way to fill the hole and then redrill and insert the screw. The back panels are those flimsy cardboard-like panels. Wish they would make something a little more substantial. If someone sits there, it would be easy to kick the panel out. There are 5 wheels - I didn’t catch that in the description and there wasn’t a fifth wheel in the pictures. It goes in the center underneath which is nice giving a little extra support. The top is sort of like a thin Formica veneer. It’s not bad. Time will tell how long it will hold up. But seems like it will be easy to clean up after using the top for meal prep. The end piece for spices or whatever isn’t designed well. It has bars underneath for hanging stuff, but it would be nicer to have a bar up above to prevent whatever you put on the shelf from getting knocked off. All-in-all, not a bad little cart for the money.

It’s OK. For our purposes, it works as extra countertop space but overall it’s cheap material with drawers that only open halfway. The foldable portion of our table top bevels in the center. The rounded edges are much appreciated, and the overall look is appealing.
