It was a very quick and respectful delivery. Boxes were left on front steps and they were easy to move inside the house. Each box had a pair ( 2 chairs) nicely packed and carefully stored. I used my own assembly, and it was quite easy, without any problems. Assembly took about an hour for 3-4 chairs, while you know what to expect it goes faster. Chairs are Beautiful and we are very happy with the purchase. Highly recommend to anyone on the search for a fancy kind of dining chairs. Comfortable to sit on and comparably light - weight.

I ordered 4 chairs...These chairs are gorgeous! Very easy to assemble. I opened the box to take items out but could not locate the screws, then heard them inside the seat! the bottom of the seat unzips! I did not give the chairs 5 stars because there were two chairs with black smudges that I will have to clean, one chair has a shorter leg than the other three, and two chairs each had a problem with a screw that would not go in but halfway. BUT I STILL LOVE THEM!

my chairs are exactly what i needed. they are very well made and so comfortable. i bought these for my kitchen and they dressed up the kitchen. i just love the look. just a step above ordinary. thanks
