Bench has already cracked all across the seat edge! Ordered 3, 1st one cracked. Ordered a replacement for broken one & another one cracked. So, though lovely, now have 2 cracked benches that need to be removed from a medical office building newly remodeled. Not sure how to return & get credit.

The bench is good for the price point and serves its purpose well. That said, I do wish it felt more like real wood—the finish doesn’t have as authentic of a look or feel as I expected. The color was also slightly different than what was shown in the listing. I’m keeping it for now, but may replace it later with something that has a more natural, church-style wood look.

This bench is great quality but the color is WAY off. Not at all like the photo advertised. I was expecting walnut (that is what the color I selected says it is). It arrived and is alot more grey than walnut. I’d send it back if I could because I’m pretty irritated and disappointed that it was advertised as walnut and therefore SHOULD have matched my floors and definitely does not match them. Bummer because I would have rated it five star if not for that!
