Very nice bed frame. Arrived well packaged, easy to put together.

Beautiful and VERY substantial piece of furniture. I think the headboard alone weighs 100 pounds. Unfortunately, we had only half of the hardware arrive; manufacturer was unable or unwilling to send out replacements. We sourced them ourselves and then had to figure out how to assemble this behemoth ourselves - not easy given the weight. Wayfair was responsive and made an accommodation given the missing hardware and inconvenience. Overall, very happy with quality and appearance.

Paid 3k to receive a bed that has already been used. Received parts that were scratched up and faded. Highly disappointed when I seen this especially after paying as much as we did. Although, these boards are what the mattress lays on and you can’t see them I shouldn’t have got a used bed when paying 3k.

Very pleased with my bed—from start to finish! Wayfair White Glove delivery communicated exactly when they would arrive so we were well prepared. They got the bed fully assembled in less than an hour. The bed looks great! We have especially tall ceilings, so wanted a tall headboard. Check! The bed has an antique look to it which I love. Only “cons” are my storage area doors at end of bed don’t perfectly align and I don’t love the obvious seams on the headboard, BUT my pillows cover them. -) Overall, I am very happy and love walking into my room and seeing my new bed!!
