Ensemble de chambre à coucher en bois 6 pièces Ken

I love love the way my new entertainment center looks in our living room. Unfortunately we received a severally damaged panel and were sent 2 right handed doors. The gaps between the doors are also uneven, no matter how tight or loose you make the tension screw. I contacted customer service for over an hour and was the manufacturer does. It make replacement parts and they could offer $42.93 as a partial refund so I could repair the panel. I was just stuck with the wrong door. This seemed outrageous as I spent over $1000 on this product. After asking for an increase in the repair refund (because calling a handyman to come look at an issue is $200 is my area) I was denied. They could offer a refund but they would come and pick up the item. To me this was not a fair negotiation. I was stuck. After an hr., I asked to speak with a supervisor who was able to order replacement parts (they do in fact exist). The customer service needs better training so they can provide accurate information to their customers.

My big girl bedroom set looks absolutely beautiful. They delivered it to the room requested with no issues. Thank you for the great experience

Great quality furniture. Like other reviews said, it is light grey in real life but we like that. All the furniture came assembled already except the bed but it was pretty simple to put together with 2 people.

Color is more Grey than the photos shown.

Beautiful well made
