These chairs are quite nice. They were fairly easy to assemble, and the legs are crafted well, from good solid wood. The shape is friendly to many designs. I gave it four stars because the fabric doesn’t have the most wonderful feel.

I'm still searching for the perfect chairs to match my dark wood table and these worked great. The frame is very high quality solid wood, and it was so easy to assemble, took me like five minutes per chair. The cushion feels durable but comfortable.

I got these to use as occasional chairs instead of dining chairs. They will work just fine for chairs to sit in to tie shoes on. I have one for the front entry and one in the back entry and they are neutral enough to work. It took 35 minutes each to put them together. They are solid wood and that's a huge plus. The foam seating is firm and not really padded enough IMO. As such, I wouldn't get them for dining chairs since you would sit in them longer. The instructions were simple; however, the use of the wooden dowels is unnecessary. It actually doesn't make any sense since they just fall out and I'm not sure what the purpose of them are. Lastly, I have no idea what the fabric is so if it gets stained, I don't know how to treat it. It's a very light cream color.
