Each wooden foot (8 in total) were damaged. You can see the damage marks in the pictures that I took. I contacted support and they are going to ship new ones. But, I have to install them myself. I think that I should be reimbursed for installation.

The couch was very well packaged and arrived in pristine condition! It is beautiful and of very good quality! The color is nice and it is very comfortable.

Loved the quality. It’s absolutely beautiful. However, the color is a bit off from what was displayed. The color smoked white looks more like a cream color.
