The sofa sleeper is very nice - just as depicted online. It works well in our small extra bedroom/office and will come in handy when we have visiting grandchildren. It is extremely firm and more comfortable for reclining than sitting. Kudos to Wayfair for the on-time and convenient delivery and the professional delivery/assembly team. Although there wasn't much to assemble with this product, we appreciated not having to carry the heavy box up a flight of stairs.
