Our loveseats came wrapped perfectly in layers of bubblewrap, plastic wrap and cardboard. Not a scratch in any surface! The cushions are firm and supportive as we expected. We like the contemporary form of the pieces. The folding backrests allow the furniture to appear smaller when folded down, which makes the room seem bigger. Very happy with our purchase!

Great loveseat. Looks very sleek. Yes, cushions are very firm, I almost stayed away for that reason, but glad I purchased.

I like the design of the couch. The color of the leather was represented very well on the website photos, and is nicely dyed all across the couch. There aren't any odd spots or splotches. The leather also feels good and is soft, but evenly stretched. The stitching is very uniform everywhere you look. The couch really looks great. The couch came wrapped in at least 5 layers of padding, more padding, cheesecloth stuff, cardboard and plastic wrap. NOTHING got through. When I unwrapped it, everything was perfect. Good job on the shipping, Wayfair. No assembly required, as the feet were already attached. My only issue is that the cushions are hard, as in overly firm. As in WAY overly firm. Wayfair - send a leter to the manufacturer and tell them that they aren't building showroom furniture that has to last through 20,000 sittings. These things need to be comfortable...or at least have the ability to break in over time. These cushions feel like they won't break in. They are literally that hard. Now, if I HAD to choose between comfort and style...well, style wins. and this is a good looking couch. But there's really no reason you can't have style AND better comfort. Too late for me. But for the rest of you reading the reviews...remember - the cushions are HARD. Cheers!
