When I first opened the chairs, I was surprised to find that they are made of a leather material rather than velvet, as the product name implies. It seems that other chair colors in this style/from this brand are made of velvet, but the white color is leather—so "Andrica Velvet Arm Chair" is a misnomer for the white option. (The only way one could've known the chairs are made of leather before ordering is by expanding the product details and reviewing the "materials" section, which I did not do.) That said, I absolutely LOVE the chairs even though the material is not velvet. The color is a nice crisp white, and the leather material seems to be of good quality. The silhouette is absolutely gorgeous, and the chairs pair well with my minimalist/modern decor (lots of grey/white/neutrals). I'm still giving the chairs five stars, as it turned out to be a happy accident!
