The good: It looks great, and is pretty much what I hoped for in terms of appearance. The bad: I knew I was in over my depth when it came to installation, so I hired a professional handyman, who has done a lot of work for us in the past. The handyman was unable to install it on his first attempt. He said that the directions were useless, and that this entertainment center was clearly not designed to be installed in drywall. He said it appeared that it was made to go onto a cement wall instead. The handyman had to come back the following week, bringing his own mounting hardware and wooden reinforcement pieces to make sure it was sturdy enough to stay mounted to the wall. My handyman begged me not to buy any more pieces from this collection. All in all, I'm pleased with the end result of my purchase, but if you are going to buy one of these, know what you are getting into. Unless you are VERY handy yourself, you will probably need to hire someone to install it. Also, even with added reinforcement, don't expect to load it up with heavy items... looks great though!

Looks very nice and I didn't have any problems with installation

Product’s hardware is insufficient to hang on wall without hazard. Requested gray and order was mixed with oak. Product does not contain lights as indicated in advertisement pic. Wayfair has delayed the order they messed up by 1.5 months with no compensation to the customer. I read bad reviews but wanted to give them a chance. The horrible reviews are accurate.

This is a really nice entertainment center, however, it was not a easy job getting it installed with handyman services, still incomplete installation, service team need to be fully aware of what they are assembling and installing.

Update Not Wayfair (even though I’ve spent a lot of on their website stores) nor the seller has had the decency to contact me, after posting this review and photos. To my knowledge I never received any compensation for my review. The biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent! First of all the entire shelving is made of cheap particle board that chips (even with the protective coating on it) when trying to drop them into the braces provided. The backs are made of cheap cardboard with no holes provided to accommodate wires for components. The openings are so small you can’t fit any normal components in them. The top glass doors are supposed to be held close with magnetic hinges that snap into placed when closing, they were a waste because they don’t latch. The lights provided for the cabinets are junk made of cheap plastic that don’t work properly. The little plastic hinges that were provided to hang the selves are a complete joke we had to buy anchors specific to the weight of the cabinets. I should have noticed that the information and pictures provided were a joke because the are actually CGI (computer generated images.) The most ridiculous part was that I was charged about 200 for professional installation and they had requested 1 person to assemble a “wall unit” in one hour eve though the “wall unit” came in multiple boxes and pieces. The Handiman had to call the Handy company that was hired by Wayfair to tell them there was no way 1 person would be able to build and install it alone let alone in one hour, so we had to cancel the installation. I hired two handymen to put it together and attach the components to the wall, they started at 1 PM and left at 915 PM without being able to complete the job due to the numerous problems with the cheap construction of the components, I paid them 400. and are going to have them return to complete the job at an additional cost to us. So the 1500. Piece of junk we purchased so far has cost us 1900 and whatever other time is needed to fix and install the components so they won’t fall of the wall not including the additional correct hardware needed to properly complete the installation. WAY BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! Way beyond disappointed and feeling completely ripped off.
