Love this chair. I've bought other bungees and liked the comfort and support, until they wore out or broke. This one is much heavier duty and has nicer details.

I spent several days doing research for the best ergonomic office chair under $500 (got it on sale). This chair arrived today and is exactly as described. It is well made and provides great lumbar/ back support (I'm 5' 5"). The wheels roll very smoothly and I really like the flat bungees- firm, fun, with a slight "bounce".
