First, the system was missing a major piece for installment, didn't realize it until we were nearly finished putting it together. Contacted Wayfair and was told that the manufacturer would contact me in three days that never happened, had to contact Wayfair for a second time they then took responsibility and stated they would send out the missing parts which took over a week to receive. This entertainment center is extremely misleading there are no lights in the upper shelves, the bottom doors are very heavy, and the hinges are not equipped to hold the weight, so you have to be very careful and hold the doors when opening them. It took my contractor two days to put this unit together and one day to install it once the missing parts arrived. I would have returned this right away if ....If it wasn't put together before I realized (1) the top shelves didn't have lights (2) the bottom shelves doors were so heavy (3) the wires show from the light at the bottom (have to have my contractor add a cover) . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM! Totally miss the mark on this item. I am also very disappointed in Wayfair as I bought this for my NEW Year/ 60th Birthday Celebration and was unable to have it installed in time due to the missing parts, explained all of this to the customer service department and received a 10% off my next order really? Talk about adding insult to injury!
