Overall these chairs are pretty nice for the price. We bought 2. The good. The base is really heavy, so they are stable and feel stout. The foot rest is stable but dont stand on it its not made for that and it will bend it. Ask me how I know..... The seats are a very pure white and are supple and not slippery. The bad; One of them squeaks when it swivels. There is no way to oil it that I have found yet. One of the bases is a little loose. It's not the products fault, I didn't tighten the bolts enough, so make them good and tight or use loctite. The only really bad thing about this product is the packaging. the packaging is awful. the first two came in damaged. the box and packaging was too light duty for the 10 pound base. the base tore through the packaging and damaged itself and several other components in the box. I pointed this out in the return and the replacement pair came in damaged as well. One we just decided to live with. its a little dinged up but once the kids use them, they will get dinged up anyway. the other we sent back and the replacement came in dinged up too. again not bad enough to keep going through the return process for a third time so we like the chairs and ignore the dinged up bases.

Open box but supposed to be like new. Wasn’t. It was damaged…and very uncomfortable : (

This adjustable chair is very comfortable, but very heavy - I use it in my office. Would give it 5 stars if it weren't so hard to move around.

Very nice stools, solid and easy to raise up and down. Only issue is that the base is very heavy and they are hard to move .

The seat depth is short, and the bonded leather and construction of the seat is cheap, I am worried about the potential wear and use of it... BUT the actual chair design is sleek, and the base is heavy and well made.
