BEAUTIFUL SOFA, POOR MECHANICAL FUNCTIONS Honestly this is the hardest review my husband and I have ever had to craft. The Italian leather Crasia sectional by Orren Ellis was delivered April 16, 2025. It is a beautiful design, well made and the leather is smooth, not too firm, not too soft, it’s just right. Trust me no extra cushion is needed for comfort. On the other hand, the mechanical system hasn’t worked properly from day one. The sofa features 3 reclining chairs that are as comfortable as they appear, however, the use of rechargeable power packs were in vain as they were drained in a matter of days, not weeks! When plugged directly into an electrical outlet it works fine until at least 1 seat gets stuck in a reclined position until you unplug and plug in again and another just doesn’t recline at all anymore. The units also featured 1 console and we purchased an additional console with storage and charging platforms that do not and have not EVER worked! Wayfair ordered replacements but could only locate 1 console. Sadly, its charging platform for the chairs failed to work. Also, since the delivery crew was not directed to accept a return we now have 3 non working consoles. To be fair we have received a refund for the consoles, which is good business, yet the sporadic issues we are having with the reclining chairs still has to be addressed. For all intent and purpose we have not been able to enjoy any of the bells and whistles that were included in our decision to purchase this nearly 5,000 sectional. We’ve purchased a number of furniture and home items from Wayfair over the past decade with total satisfaction but this has been the most SAD AND DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE WE’VE EVER EXPERIENCED AND THE VALUE OF THIS PURCHASE IS SEVERELY DEPLETED!! After realizing there is no manufacturer warranty we desire a resolution to the nonfunctioning recliners as we now feel somewhat duped. Actually, we prefer and desire the convenience of working recliners and console charging stations. In other words we want what we paid for, the major features of this Orren Ellis sectional. We have a feeling we purchased a discontinued sectional.

Just had it delivered. First impression of the couch is great! Love the size and happy you are able to move the pieces around.

Very nice quality leather. I ordered camel, but this couch is orange. If you are looking for an orange leather sofa, this sofa is for you I, myself am having a very hard time loving this couch. The wireless charger also does not work. The size of this couch is perfect, and needs very little space to fully recline. I just hope the color will grow on me

Couch looks amazing, and the quality is fantastic. Putting it together was fairly easy. The hardest part was undoing all the packaging, which probably took about an hour. The couch is very firm, so I’m hoping it breaks in a little bit over time. Recliners move in and out very easily. Wireless charger works great. One last note on delivery… the guys were very professional and friendly. Hector, in particular was great!

Excellent quality and fits my living room perfectly!
