It arrived with a damaged door that isn’t functional at all now. I’m waiting to hear from the manufacturer about replacing the door. There is also a dent where the door was damaged. Returning the item isn’t an option after carrying it up one flight of stairs with my 52 year old brother(I’m a 45 year old woman). White glove delivery should be offered on large items. I’d have been happy to pay for it.

Love this! First piece came damaged but the second one is great. I am glad I purchased it. Also wayfairs customer service is exceptional at making things right if there is a problem, they simplify the process, so it's hassle free. This was my first wayfair purchase, I will definitely be back for more!! Thank you wayfair!

My son selected this for his room, unfortunately 3rd time is the charm! The first one that was delivered, the shipping box was undamaged, but the entertainment center doors were off track, would not slide and had deep scratch marks as well as a cracked corner. I phoned Wayfair and they were very helpful and sent a replacement one. The second one was delivered, the shipping box was not damaged, but upon opening the box we quickly realized the side of the entertainment center was broken, cracked and severely damaged. The doors were off and the track on one door was broken and damaged. I phoned Wayfair agian, (each time customer service has been incredibly helpful) and they sent a 3rd one. Just opened the 3rd one and it appears to be in good condition. For the price, I was not expecting it to be the best quality, but at any price the quality is terrible.

Okay I LOVE the look of this. Looks great in person, but it did come with the shelf on the inside completely broken and the back of the media center was off. There was also a tear on one of the sliding doors. My BIGGEST complaint is that there's several places on this media center where it says to NOT put a TV on it? It's advertised with a TV as well as being called a media stand. Unsure why they have so many warnings to not put a TV on it. As you can see from my picture, I still did it lol. Overall, I love the way it looks and it's perfect for our space.
