**★★☆☆☆ (25 Stars)** This is a beautiful-looking chair and definitely scores high on aesthetics, but unfortunately, comfort and functionality fall short, especially for taller users. At 62, I found the chair extremely uncomfortable for extended use. The included headrest is a nice idea in theory, but because it doesnt adjust properly, it provides little to no support for my head or neck. For a chair marketed as ergonomic, thats a significant downside. The armrests have also been a constant source of frustration. The locking mechanism doesnt seem to engage correctly, causing the armrests to unexpectedly drop to their lowest position in the middle of working. This happens frequently enough to become a real annoyance throughout the day. The lumbar support is another weak point. Instead of providing supportive pressure, it feels more like something poking into my lower back, creating discomfort rather than improving posture. While the chair looks great and was easy to set up, the overall comfort level is about a **3 out of 10** for me. Taller individuals may want to look elsewhere for a truly ergonomic and supportive office chair. **Pros** - Attractive, modern design - Good overall appearance and build quality **Cons** - Uncomfortable for users over 62 - Headrest offers little support due to limited adjustability - Armrests frequently slip and wont stay locked in place - Lumbar support feels intrusive rather than supportive **Bottom line** A great-looking chair that unfortunately doesnt deliver on comfort or ergonomic support, especially for taller users.

Nice ergonomic chair. We purchased two at the same time and have used them for several months now. The seat cushion does seem flatten out a bit over time (I have the standard version) but it’s still comfortable and supportive. The reason I deduct some stars is that one of the chairs arrived with visible deep scratches and damage on it around the swivel legs and headrest. I kept it because it doesn’t impact function (and to avoid the return hassle) but it would have been nice to receive a new condition item.

Nice chair. Was as expected. The staff we bought this for is very happy with the chair and finds it comfortable for daily work.

It was easy to put together and the neck rest is what every chair needs.

AMAZING chair, and the color light grey is very pretty. A warm gray. It is very easy to put together, and sits unbelievably comfortable.
