Beware of this table. It is beautiful, I loved it actually, but it spontaneously shattered sending glass all over the downstairs of my home not a safe table

This table is beautiful. It exceeded my expectations. It is very heavy and substantial.

First purchase ever on Wayfair, was the last one in stock and applied a 5 year warranty. ORIGINAL REVIEW. Has exceeded beyond my expectations, because of the quality, how easy it was to put together. UPDATED REVIEW! Overlooked when delivered, noticed there was a large fracture through the solid wood top on a corner and noticed glass crackling underneath, therefore the underlying layer between the wood top is shattered. Contacted Wayfair only received the 20 refund through a store credit, had escalated and got a full refund. I understand the product came from California United States, arrived with punctures, covering the entire surface of both boxes. When being delivered, noticed the package was lying flat in the back of the truck, not being tied down. Therefore was damaged during transit nor was professionally assembled, and packaging was not removed, as I had to assemble and dispose of the packaging myself. 

Was really cool for the first few months… then It just exploded randomly in my dining area. Glass flew everywhere and got into my cats eyes. Absolutely unacceptable.

Love this table. So sleek and modern. The glass is more gray than I expected. I was thinking it’d be more of a black glass. Extremely easy to put together.
