We like the table very much but the customer service was poor. We ordered the table in Oct 2025 and it finally got delivered in May 2026 after numerous calls and emails changing the delivery date. After paying and then waiting for months we got a new email saying there was a price drop. After more calls we got a store credit, not a refund, and the table arrived.The customer service rep promised to call us back two times but never did. The retail business is very tough and the one way to keep customers is to provide excellent service, which we did not get.

The top isn’t completely polished and the base has several marksrubs. Looks like small wood fill repairs.
