Im using this set differently, I have the floating shelves spaced around my room to accent the space and Im using the entertainment shelf as a dining room buffet server. This set really frames my room and creates an ultra modern feel. The lights add color accents during the day and it really pops at night with the right display pieces. There are a few things I wish were better, namely the cabinets should have magnets with the push to open latch and the wood is extremely easy to scratch. It took two decent handymen from Handy 6 hours to assemble (Handy did not allot enough time and ergo underpaid the workers so we compensated the workers fairly).

This awesome entertainment center is the perfect design for our new great room separating the living room from the dining area without the use of a wall. Beautiful components but difficult to assemble and hide all the wiring.
