Exceeded my expectations. Great buy .

Once they put it up, they discovered there was pieces missing for the LED lights so that wasnt working. Legs was missing but overall Wayfair has been great with the communications to finding a resolution to fix it a long way overall is a pretty good couch, but if it was working fully, it would be great.

Just received them today but already love love love them! Very comfortable. Would’ve gotten a five star, but the side pieces don’t go all the way down.

I ordered this couch because the price was right. After reading the reviews I decided I would go ahead and purchase it. Within 3 days of receiving the couch, the stitching was already starting to come out of the cushions. It came with full service delivery so it was set up in my home. It took forever for the couch to actually arrive and the legs to the wedge part were missing. I contacted customer service and about a month later I received a call about the replacement legs for the couch. They finally arrived Monday, almost another month later and the wedge still doesn’t fit into the couch correctly. It’s almost like the wedge is too heavy in the back and it won’t stay in the metal brackets on either side. This was my first time buying a brand new couch and I’m so disappointed. It’s been an absolute headache from start to finish.

I absolutely love this sectional! It’s gorgeous, it’s comfortable. I can’t wait to finish decorating the living space. This sectional was just delivered and setup today. The guys did a phenomenal job ! They were in and out within 30 minutes. They tested the lights and the phone chargers before they left. They made sure everything was working properly before leaving!
