Great couch! Gorgeous color and very comfortable

The sofa is too big for my living room. I scheduled a return pick up and the driver refused to pick up the item because he allegedly had nowhere to park, even though I advised him the receptionist would accommodate him. The return pick up was rescheduled and nobody showed up today, so it had to be rescheduled again. Will never order from Wayfair again.

I’m pretty happy with this sofa! Just got it today. It looks awesome. It’s creme in color and has some texture. It’s firm but not too firm and that’s expected with sectionals at this price point where fashion comes first. Pros: - Modern design. Looks great - Good value - Packaging was nice. No damage. Secure - Looks better than pictures IMO Cons: - I really wish it was about 12” bigger/longer - The plastic smell from the packaging (or maybe the sofa?) is strong. Reminds me of a foam mattress that needs to air out - Could be slightly more comfortable Overall I’d give it an 8.5 out of 10! Definitely recommend it. Reminds me of another sofa I got from Article.
