The product itself is good. The delivery experience was a nightmare. If you can pick it up instead of getting it delivered, do that.

This is genuine leather and it so comfortable.

Not only is it comfortable to sit and lounge on but it easy to clean. My daughter actually has fallen asleep on it and not only does it cradle her but it retains it's shape. Mind you there was some difficulty with having it installed as the feet were already connected to the sofa (which was surprising as all the installers had to remove room doors only after crashing it into the drywall and support beams since the feet were to be connected after delivery and they were not aware that the feet were connected before shipping)
