Reesa Glass Top Solid Wood Base Dining Table

This gives a separate rating for the table and the Wayfair-arranged assembly. I give the table a 5 rating and the Wayfair-arranged assembly a 0. The table is a Classy, gorgeous piece. The chairs I purchased fit perfectly. I had been concerned they would not fit underneath the table, given the design of the table’s base. That concern was not a problem. The glass top was perfect. The thickness of the glass table top was perfect. I had paid for Wayfair to arrange assembly. It was clearly a two person job. This was vividly stated on the outside of the box, including a diagram on the box. It stated “Heavy Lift “ and also on the box was written in large letters “Very Heavy.” On the appointment date, only one person arrived. He insisted he could do the assembly by himself. Aside from injuring himself, I was concerned the table would be damaged or my floor would be damaged by him breaking a very large, heavy piece of glass on my wood floor. I spoke with Customer Service who agreed it was improper for a single individual to assemble the table. A second appointment was arranged for two days later. I waited all day until 5:45 pm only to have another single individual arrive. When I expressed my concerns and showed him the messages on the box, he readily agreed that he could not do the job alone. I felt I had wasted two days waiting for Wayfair-arranged assembly to occur. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. My assembly charge was refunded and I was left to find installers on my own. Miraculously, I was able to find someone who did an excellent job. Going forward , I would be hesitant to buy anything from Wayfair that requires assembly. This experience was extremely disappointing and time-consuming.

Came scratched and base of table does not look that far a part. Mine came very close together

Delivery was great, customer service is still very low on rating. Just talking about the product itself, the table is great. We haven't used it yet, only got it together. The wood portion of the table is very strong, sturdy and quite heavy, which helps holding the glass up. Glass was heavy and difficult to center due to the overall design of the table, but after some attempts, we got it to centered as possible. Would have been nice if there were stickers or some paper placement so we knew for sure where to place the glass.

Well, this is a pretty table but scratches VERY easily. The first picture (entire table) is when we first set it up. The other pic (hard to focus on the scratch) shows just one of the scratches, but they are all over the table. We do not have kids and are very careful using placemats. It seems to even scratch when wiping down with water or windex. It will be a mess within a year. Do not recommend.
