Absolutely love the chair. My only complaint is it came without instructions. To be fair, it is a simple assembly of the legs and attaching the 2 sections. My issue is there is only 1 drilled hole per 4 connections of each piece of hardware. Basically, I have to drill the remaining 3 holes for each connector. The screws are packed but it would be helpful to advise of this upfront. The assembly instructions on the website send you information regarding cleaning and care, not assembly. The quality and construction of the chair is very nice. It is comfortable and not too firm. Also the packaging it arrived in was well applied and ensured minimal damage during shipping. I’m very happy with the purchase.

I get SO many compliments on this couch! I absolutely love it! I’m messy and spilled a drink on here but it was easy clean up. Very comfortable! And the neck adjustment is actually very useful.

I was so scared to order a couch online without seeing or feeling it in person, but MAN, I am SO happy I took the gamble. This couch is extremely comfortable. The leather on the seating portion is extremely buttery and soft. Since it’s leather match, the vinyl material isn’t as soft, but no one is going to reach behind the couch to feel that anyways. The headrests pop up and down easily. The cushion itself is very comfortable and I could easily fall asleep on this couch! I love it! Assembly was extremely simple. I did it by myself and it took me around 2 hours. That’s not bad for one person. One thing the photos don’t really show is the stitching detail. They are a huge part of the design. They are long, bold stitches so if you don’t want visible stitches, this is not the couch for you.
