The coffee table is nice and as described/shown in photos. It is delivered in an extremely safely packed wooden cage!!! with no defect. Yes it delivered in a wooden cage. It took 30min for me to completely dis-assemble the wooden cage and take the coffee table out! Probably, David Copperfield could do it in 30sec. If I had known that I can upload a photo for my review, I would have definitely taken a photo of the wooden cage and upload it. It could have been placed in a strong cardboard box with polystyrene (styrofoam) cushioning. But probably one can guess that the wooden cage was cheaper.

I love the table BUT it arrived with badly chipped corner. I was not happy with the way it was shipped in open crate, which is how I believe the glass was chippedsheared off in a corner. When I spoke to customer service I asked if it could be brought by truck from the store and she said she would check into it but clearly that wasn’t an option because I received an email literally minutes after we hung up, and in which I was told it would be FedEx again. There was no bubble wrap around the glass table, which I believe they should have been.  The instructions for preparing for pick up weren’t really clear it just said wrap it up. Does that mean I put it back in the crate and nail in 7 bars. Don’t think that’s how I’ll be able to do it and I will just leave it up to FedEx to figure it out when they come pick it up you are replacing it in for that I’m grateful. Thank you.

Beautiful coffee table. Looks great. Extremely well made and could have been more expensive. It’s a heavy piece so you can’t accidentally move it if you bump into it. Fits any space and not cumbersome at all. I Ordered it with delivery to any room and it was well worth it. The delivery team were the best. They told me that getting it out of the crate it is delivered in was not easy. My advice is to upgrade to that delivery when purchasing.
