I had this chair for a month and its already broken. the sides fall down, the back cushion support lost the spring function and does not hold position anymore. Do not buy, I want a refund on this. This is unacceptable.

I ordered this chair twice. Both times I received a different, cheaper chair made by LuxMod. The chairs both failed and injured me. Wayfair was very understanding and refunded the cost difference for the first chair. I reordered this chair and was told I would be getting the actual Orren Ellis chair. However, I received another LuxMod chair instead. Wayfair did refund my money although I was unable to receive this actual chair. Unfortunately there is no other retailer that offers this chair. My chairs (LuxMod) also did not come with instructions time although putting it together was simple. There are also no instructions on use. The adjustable chair parts on the LuxMod chair do not hold up and give out without warning. Please use caution….

My spouse loves this chair. She’s ADHD and likes to sit in many different ways while working, and this is perfect for that. Easy to put together, though mine did not have an instruction sheet included.
