I purchased this chair in the color charcoal, which for this item is actually light gray in appearance (and that's what I wanted, as it perfectly matches my gray velvet couch). The wheels took some elbow grease to get secured into the base, but other than that, it did not take long to assemble. The chair cushion is a little firm, but still soft to the touch and comfortable to sit in. I do wish there was a little more lower back support, but a small throw pillow can easily fix that. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.
