The chair was delivered without the seat or back cushions. A request for the missing parts was made and declined without further suggestions to help resolve the situation. At this point, I have an unusable chair. I would like to hear back from the company but that has not occurred 1 week into the process.

Upholstery:White Fabric
We are thrilled with our Bali chairs! We feared that they would be too fragile to ship well, however, they arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. They are as sturdy as they are beautiful...and very comfortable, too. Perfect compliment to our tropical décor. Very pleased with this purchase!
