Terrible experience with Wayfair on this item. Several different customer service agents assured me that this included head and footboard and side rails. Even the assembly directions show all the parts and how to put them together. Katrina with Wayfair did set up an appointment for Wayfair to pick it up and reimbursed my credit card. Because of the documentation, she agreed that I should not be charged to pick it up.

Throughout the years I’ve been pleased with the quality of products that I’ve purchased at Wayfair. They’ve also provided exceptional customer service when I’ve needed it. There delivery personnel has always been on time. The items delivered that have needed assembly have been done a professional manner! Shopping at Wayfair is convenient and easy.
