"White glove" delivery team came this morning and took the furniture blankets off these chairs in our driveway, then carried them bare through our narrow hallway and smashed them against the walls in multiple places. There are now chips in the wood on both chairs as well as white paint streaks where it transferred from the wall. I am so disappointed. One of the chairs has a large visible chip in the wooden arm and I would like that chair to be replaced ASAP. The other has a chip and paint streak on the leg and the wood is discolored. Ideally that would be replaced too.

Just received chairs- they are nicer and more sturdy than expected. Hopefully leather will soften. Color also better than expected in photos. We are pleased.

These chairs are beautiful. They come preassembled. Very solid and heavy chairs. Nice vintage look. Very comfortable. People ranging from 170 lbs to 300 lbs have sat in it and felt comfortable.
