The delivery was professional. They went above and beyond, even adjusting my rug where it crinkled after the sofa placement. The sofa is beautiful! I can’t wait to try it out!

It looks pretty and seems to be good quality leather. Not super thrilled with the “wrinkles” on either side of the back cushions though. I’m unsure if that’s just how the couch is or if it happened during transport. The seat cushions are extremely stiff and hard and the back cushions are quite squishy. It also sits very far back. I almost feel like I have to recline to sit in it. I have it in an area that is more of a decorative cocktail seating area and not an area that we will be sitting to watch TV so I think it will be fine.

Good quality and love the look. Fits in great in the space!
