Bed was delivered. I contacted Angie’s list to assemble. The bed is exactly what I needed for my guestexercise room.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture that fits in my home office and will allow us to finally have a guest bed. The top shelf fits my stereo perfectly, the mattress is comfy and the drawer is perfect for storing the linens. Love the power outlet at the bottom with 2 3-prong outlets and 2 USB. NOTE Be sure to get the in-home delivery service. This is the heaviest piece of furniture I have ever purchased and the movers really struggled to get it upstairs. It is also for sure, a 2 person assembly job. Watch the youtube video. The product did arrive with a scuff on the upper left corner and a small dent in the mid-front, but I don't want to go through the returns, re-ship and re-assemble process. Overall, I love it.

This is truly one of the most beautiful pieces of furniture I've ever bought. The wood and finish is beautiful. I live in a studio in Brooklyn, and I like having dinner parties... as you can imagine, it's a bit embarrassing having a big bed in the middle of your "living room," so I bought this bed to be my every-day bed (not just a bed for guests), and also bought a thick mattress topper to make the mattress that comes with it thicker - although, if you want to use it as a spare bed, the mattress is a nice foam and is VERY comfortable. I just want to preserve it as long as possible since I'm sleeping on it every night. The bed and wood, itself, is gorgeous. Not a dent, nothing broken. Took about a half hour to set up with my husband. It's incredibly sturdy and heavy so if you intend to have this on a second floor or even get it up your front steps, I highly suggest selecting to have it delivered to your room of choice (seriously. unless you have at least 2 burly dudes to help you, it's not going anywhere). It's literally 250 pounds, and the delivery men got it up my 3 story walk-up(!) like warriors. They were incredible, courteous, careful and fast! They were right on time and called a half hour before to let me know they'd be there in 30 minutes. The 2 outlets and usb ports on the side of the bed are an extra plus! Such an original and pretty bed! Couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

Love everything about it. Definingly get it delivered. Very Heavy and well made.
