I don't normally post reviews, but I was seriously disappointed with this product. The idea is great, but for the cost, better made would have been expected. The ping pong table just sits on the pool table, no way to stableize it. The pool table is not level and moves quite a bit when trying to play. Which causes the balls to move around. Pretty frustrating. The air hockey is great though.

This pool table air hockey ping-pong combo has been a great addition to our game room. We have had it for a few weeks and it’s holding up well. It was extremely heavy to get into the house, but we took the box apart and brought in the individual pieces. 

Lots of fun for the family. Seems to be made well.

I have had the Rack Triad 3in1 for about a month now and I love it. We did a lot of research compared Rack Triad to other similar competitors' models and Rack is the best product. The warrantee (lifetime) is far more than you get with others. The workmanship/quality on their product is excellent. I looked at their competitor's frame construction and Rack is superior. Now let me get to the customer service which is very important with any product. The customer service is excellent, they treat you like you are their only customer. The person I delt with was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She helped me immediately and followed up on any other questions I had (which I did have a few). If you decide to go with Rack, I believe you won't be disappointed. If you do order choose the option where it gets delivered to the room of your choice. It is very much worth the additional cost.

The table is amazing was worth very long wait over holidays to be delivered. My kids love it!

My review is more about Wayfair than the product--which I never got to use. My purchase included white glove delivery and assembly. Apparently this was an error on Wayfair's part. A 400 pound box was delivered, but the driver's wouldn't assemble it. I called and rescheduled assembly and they never showed. Many phone calls later and I learned about some internal glitch regarding large, flat packages had occurred. I am now waiting for Wayfair to come and pick up this massive, 400 pound box that has been laying in my house for weeks. For something large like this, I can't recommend Wayfair.

Pretty good table. Heavy to move so you will need help. My kids love that it has 3 games to play.

I received the table about a month ago and the family has been having fun since. Very nice table if you are lacking a little space. The pool table looks great with the blue carpet and is well leveled. The balls roll straight, are a good size and look great. Pool accessories like sticks, chalk and brush are not pro level but are great for family fun. Ping Pong table just sits on top but works well and does the job. The accessories for ping pong work well. We are having more fun with ping pong than initially expected. The air hockey is great, looks great and has smooth play. The accessories for air hockey are good and the blower is great. Even air flow throughout the table, and not to noisy for a big fan. We have alot of fun with air hockey. I saw a few minor scratches on support legs but nothing you can easily spot unless you look really close. This table is a great addition for game nights. The table can swivel to change from air hockey to pool and it's smooth. The one thing I would of liked to be made stronger is the lock mechanism for when you swivel the table. There are 4 locks, 2 on each extremity. It's hard plastic and should not break, but they are screwed in press wood with 4 little screws each. It works well but make sure nobody sits on the table, not even kids as it could rip out the screws of the locks and unbalance the table. So far I do not have any issues with anything, all works perfectly fine, just don't be too rough as this is not made for commecial use, it's better suited for home use. I recommend at least 2 people to put together. It's easy but very heavy. Everybody that comes over wants to play. If you take care of it, it should last. If I had more space I would of purchased a full size pool table, as this is a little smaller that a regular table. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and wayfair delivery team. FYI I got $5 to leave this review. I am not biased and my comments are real. I hope the info was helpful.
