This item is very cheap. It might hold a couple of hats. In fact the box identifies it as a hat rack. It is not going to hold shoes on the bottom. The directions were only in Chinese. Nothing identified it as the above item. Either I was sent the wrong item (which weighs less than 5 pounds) or Wayfair needs to no longer contract with this company. The cost to me to return it was about 1/3 of what I paid for the item. I am skeptical about Wayfair's quality control at this point.

Work absolutely perfectly!!! Easy to put together and made my entry way so organized!!

Way cheaper than what I thought it would be. Does the job so far but over priced for how cheap it is. Would not purchase again

This metal hanging shelf system is lightweight, easily transportable, and generally useful for hanging garments. It also has room for about 2-3 pairs of shoes on each of the two lower shelves. My critique of this piece is that it is very light and not as sturdy as I would like. For example, it will not accommodate a lot of weight on the hangers without compromising balance. Overall it is a good bargain for price and can be very useful/versatile.
