wood CDs rack perfec color vintage look!!

I selected this product because I wanted something made out of solid wood without all of chemicals that come in MFD wood. The received product was extremely easy to put together, but you may need a power screw driver to drill in the feet that connect to the base. Unfortunately there are too many other negatives to recommend. First, when opening out of the box it smells very strong like either varnish or glue. It's been sitting in my garage to off gas and it still smells quite strong. Second it was damaged on the side and back, a pretty big indentation where something must have hit it hard. At nearly $300 post discount, I'd expect a lot better. This is not a complicated piece of furniture to produce so I'd expect low voc varnishes and glues to be used at this price. If the product is damaged, they shouldn't pack it up and ship it. It was not damaged during transit because the box had no damage. I was thinking of purchasing a DVD rack which would also be quite expensive, but having second thoughts, I might just make my own.

Real wood! Not chipboard construction. Attractive! Bought one, did the minor assembly, then discovered I needed I needed more. Promptly ordered a second one! Both arrived intact and in a timely fashion.

The CD rack came built which was nice. It seems pretty sturdy which is good. It did smell of varnish for awhile which wasn’t nice but the smell has gone away so that’s good.
