Felan Bamboo Storage Bench

Very nice bench holds lots of shoes. It’s pretty sturdy, but could use more bracing. Some people sit on it and feel uncomfortable because it moves. I will probably brace it when I get around to it. Otherwise it’s beautiful. It was easy to put together and instructions were clear. Mine came damaged originally, but I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement part right away. It looks really nice in our home.

Perfect shoe bench, easy to assembly and I did it by myself. Brings some style to my front entry way. Very functional and fits a couple pairs of shoes.

This is a great wooden bench. It would have been perfect if it had a cushion on top.

I love the size and design of this bench, but its uneven, moves a lot.

Bench was easy to assemble, support 2 adults (~285 pounds) and is all as described. Deducted 1 star because of multiple small scratches on visible surfaces. Despite that, I recommend the bench.

This is exactly what we needed for the back door at our cottage. Very sturdy to sit on and it stores all of our hiking boots and outdoor shoes. Very fine quality.

Easy to put together and fit what I needed it for, exercise room storage. A little shorter than anticipated but it fits perfectly.

I was pleased with the ease of assembly. It was a little larger than I had expected; but it fit in my closet space perfectly, and all of my shoes could easily be placed upon its shelves. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Im unhappy because the side of it cracked from top to bottom after only 2-years. I never needed to sit on it to put my shoes on. Only to store shoes. Customer Service gave me the number for who manufactured this. But when I called I was told this number has been discontinued. There was no other number left. And when I emailed them and it came back to me undeliverable. The thing is I really like this shoe rack. Its so beautiful. But if it cant even hold up when its not even being sat on...whats it gonna be like if someone actually needs to sit on it Great customer service is extremely important to me. And when I cant get a hold of a company, that is bothersome to me. All I wanted to do was purchase an end piece to replace the cracked one. So now...I cant recommend this. It should have lasted longer than this. I still absolutely love Wayfair!!!
