Just bought a 2nd one……. Changed my review to 2 1st one was an open box and in excellent condition, the 2nd one was new and in terrible condition . I reported the problem but did not get any answers. I tried conditioners and now looking at a restorer.

The ottoman is beautiful. The ivory color leather looks gorgeous in our family room. It looks just like the picture. It appears to be well made and fits perfectly with our big chair.
