The one star is for wayfair's customer service. I received a 10% off flyer in the mail and entered it during checkout but it did not end up getting applied to the total even though there were no applicable restrictions. I contacted customer service immediately and was told that there wasn't anything they could do after the purchase was processed. They advised me to cancel the order. I attempted to cancel the order, but they shipped it anyways. This item has also since gone on sale within a couple days of my purchase and they will not process a price adjustment either. Buyer beware, there is not much in the way of customer service once your order is processed. This was my first experience with wayfair, and unfortunately, I am not inclined to shop with them again.

One of the parts did not fit so we had to file it down so that it could. Also, the seats have very sharp edges so it is not comfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes
