Bibliothèque standard en bois massif H 36 "x l 30"

Nicely built and finished, and very good cost/value. (That is, it's nearly twice the cost of saggy engineered wood with plastic veneer, but a quarter of the cost of a similar piece from the Stickley showroom.) The packing was terrific: simply bulletproof! I bought this to use as a high-turnover bookcase for my reading room, where I always have 12 or 18 books and periodicals piled in wobbly stacks on my reading chair's side table. This is a perfect solution for my use. Keep all those books (and the OED) in this small bookcase while I'm reading or browsing the current stuff, and then shift them off to one of my dozen or so other 7-foot bookcases. Now there's room on the side table for a cup of tea, without daring it to dump itself onto the rug, my reading glasses, and for the one book I'm actually reading right now. The bookcase is two steps away from my chair. If I adhere to my planned usage strategy, this bookcase will never be more than half full.

This bookcase looks terrific! It was wrapped extremely well and therefore there were no damages of any kind. No assembly required. Looks great with my others furniture.

Excellent bookcase, solid wood. Great quality. Arrived packaged well with no damage.
